I just want to pass this on to you since you are always looking for good classified sites on which to advertise your Directmatches business and/or find prospects. Here is a blog post from a site I subscribe to called NetBusinessBlog.com and it is entitled Budget Marketing Using Free Classified Sites. Go check it out and see if there are any sites you haven’t used yet.

Let John Chow Show You How

Hey everyone I just wanted to take time out to tell you about a great blog that provides you with great information on how to make money online. The name of the blog is John Chow dot com.

I’ve been reading his blog for a little over two months now and there is a limitless supply of great ideas and unique personality. He has taught me a few things about marketing, blogging, and great food (not like I need any more of that).

If you are an aspiring blogger, and would like to get the word out, he will give you a backlink and a ton of exposure if you review his blog on your blog. He has nearly 4000 subscribers and pulls in close to 100,000 visitors a day. All of which I am shamelessly lusting after in this post, all in the name of a higher search ranking and many new Directmatches team members.

There you have it, from the ultra-sticky image of the two blue cars in the header to the no-nonsenses wealth building content, it is well worth your time to check out his blog. I would like to publicly thank Mr. Chow for this opportunity.

…for wasting my time. It has been 7 days and I have exactly ZERO clicks on my ad. According to their website I should have 2,187 visits by today.

At first I thought that maybe I did something wrong. The direction are a bit sketchy but that is usually not to big of a hurdle considering they have customer support. Or do they? After sending an email to customer support and getting no reply for 5 days, I give up.

I apologies to you if you wasted your time and used this site because of my recommendation. I hope you can forgive me. I’ll just take the credibility hit and make sure that I am A LOT more careful in the future.

Hey everyone check this out. Below, I have provided a link to a review of Directmatches a done by an “unbiased” source by the name Matthew Jones on his new blog, AffiliateScamGuide.com.

This all came about after reading another of Matt’s successful blogs, Successful Online Money Making, and noticed he had just started the AffiliateScamGuide. I checked it out and noticed he was asking for affiliate programs to critique. I suggested that he review Directmatches and he complied. Go check it out now and come back to see if you agree with my take on his review – AffiliateScamGuide.com review of Directmatches.

Here is my take. His review isn’t completely favorable but that shouldn’t get anyone down. You have to remember the fact that he isn’t a paying member and he is only seeing a small piece of the pie. He hasn’t experienced the full benefits of group mail nor does he completely understand the benefit of paying the subscription fee* and having the potential for a $12,000 per week residual income.

Also, a little criticism in this case is a good thing. Knowing that some influential Directmatches members are reading this blog, some of the issues will be discussed and improved upon.

Overall, he doesn’t think it’s a scam, recognizes the potential for a profit and sees how some of the tools can be of good use to business builders. I want to thank Matt for his critique and most importantly his honesty.

Knowing that many of you are always looking at products to help grow your business and/or affiliate programs to promote, I want to encourage all of you to go subscribe to Matt’s blog because you never know, one of his reviews might just save you some money someday.

*A quick note on the subscription fees; Without the subscription fees I doubt a residual income from Directmatches would be possible. So rather than looking at a subscription fee as an expense, it would be more appropriate to look at it as an investment.

In this post I am going to give you a few tips on using Directmatches Group Contact eMail feature. This can be a great way to promote your primary business or any affiliate products that you know people in the community would find useful and purchase.

I’ve made a few dollars with a few mlm affiliate products using this method.

If you want to try this out, it is simple to do. Here’s a short checklist of things you need to do;

1) Get contacts. Before your can do anything you need to have contacts. To do that you should be either reaching out to people on your own or approving every single person that asks to be a contact.

2) Build your group contact list.. To do this just go to the front page of your profile. Once there go to the box containing all of your contacts and click on “manage” in the upper right of the box (opposite side of title). You will now see a different window. Your contacts will be shown, one on top of the other, with more information showing on the right.

Once here, select the members you want to send a message to by clicking in the check boxes next to the contacts picture. Once the desired box is checked, click on the button titled “Add To Group Mail” (at the bottom right). Now go up to the top of the page and click “Show My Contact List.” you should see all of the members you just selected.

3) Write a killer email and send it.. You have the contacts and you have your list made, now you just need to write an awesome email and send it off. Starting from page of your profile, click on “Inbox” in your “My Mail” box. In your email menu you will see a link entitled “Group Contact List”…click it.

Now it is time to do the most important of all the tasks; compose an email that will convert readers into sales and/or leads. If you aren’t familiar with how to write good sales copy, a good place to start is copyblogger.com. I’ve been reading this blog for a few months now, its a great learning and reference tool. For those of you who like books or would like to use good copy but save time by using templates, I have a few products available on my MLMHelpingHand site that are extremely helpful.

Once the letter is composed to your satisfaction, just send it off. Now just wait for the questions and the sales.

For those of you with a ton of contacts, keep in mind that Directmatches only allows you to have 60 contacts on the “Contact List.” Also, you cannot send more than one group contact email a day. If you would like to contact more than 60 you will need to wait 24 hours before sending the email. The contacts are all alphabetized so what I do is just keep track of where I left off the day before and start there the next day. You can send out an email everyday until you have contacted everyone on the list. If you have a big list it might take a couple days to get through all of the contacts but it only takes a few minutes each day once you get the system down.

There you have it. Another way to use Directmatches to promote you, your business and/or affiliate products. Try it out.
